Excellent Collaboration and Business Alignment Tool

Our team switched from Jira because Jira doesn't have an integrated PI Planning feature, and trying to handle PI planning with tools like Miro just isn't practical. Additionally, the charts in Jira didn't give us the insights we needed for truly monitoring our agile team's performance. They were sometimes even misleading, which made them unusable. Scagile, on the other hand, is much more intuitive and easy to use. It seems to support agile processes so much better. The built-in features have streamlined our workflow, and the tool genuinely helps us align our projects with our business goals.

I've been using scagile with my team for a while now, and I have to say, it's been a game-changer. The setup was super intuitive—even for those of us who aren't tech gurus. What really stands out is how effortlessly it lets everyone collaborate, no matter what level they're at in the organization. We're all on the same page now! The integrated PI Planning and WSJF Calculator have made prioritizing tasks so much easier. Plus, the Agile Metric Dashboards are not just pretty charts; they actually give helpful suggestions on how we can improve. Since we started using scagile, we've seen a noticeable boost in our overall business alignment.

Cons:

It would be awesome if they added more features like OKR tracking to make it a one-stop solution.

Reasons for switching to scagile

One of the main reasons was that Jira doesn't have an integrated PI Planning feature, and trying to handle PI planning with separate tools like Miro just wasn't practical for us. Additionally, the charts in Jira didn't give us the insights we needed for truly monitoring our agile team's performance. They were sometimes even misleading, which made them unusable. After using scagile I realized also how confusing the user interface of Jira actually is. This is much better and intuitive in Jira, making every team member focus more on their tasks.
