SkedPal 2026: Benefits, Features & Pricing

My overall experience with SkedPal has been quite positive. This tool has significantly improved my task and event organization. The automatic scheduling, driven by artificial intelligence, has saved me a considerable amount of time and effort. I appreciate the adaptability of SkedPal, making it suitable for various types of work. However, I have found the mobile app to be less intuitive compared to the desktop version. There is also room for improvement in terms of user interface enhancements. Despite these minor drawbacks, SkedPal has made me more productive by taking on the task of planning my days, which has been a significant benefit.

Since using SkedPal, a task does not stay in my memory from the time of writing it down. It gives me more peace of mind and overview. It also gives insight into the unrealistic amount of tasks you plan. It forces me to plan and expect more realistically. Also, knowing that the moment I fail to complete a task, it is automatically rescheduled gives peace of mind. The important thing is to make a commitment to largely complete your tasks, otherwise it will only pile up.

Great! It is the only to-do app that I have used consistently over a long period of time. Due to the calendar integration and intuitive prioritisation. Since it gives both a list based overview on top of scheduling to do's in your calendar, you really feel like you have full control over your to do's. It also really helps me think about whether something is necessary in the first place. I'm always a bit hesitant to embellish too much as it sounds unrealistic, but this software that has changed the way I think about my workday more than any other app, software or even book.

SkedPal is amazing hands down. It really opens your eyes to what your schedule is and where to adjust.

SkedPal really helps me to stay on track with tasks. I use it every single work day. The User Interface could be improved though.

SkedPal helps me stay on track and have a better understanding of what my schedule is. It allows me to have a clear view of how much work is on my plate when I discuss new projects with my manager, and more readily discuss timelines. It also lets me get my tasks and the work of scheduling them out of my head, so I can focus on what I'm doing instead of being distracted by that sort of administrative task.

Never forget anything, schedule them through timeplans on appropriate times etc. Great!
