About CVViZ

CVViZ is an AI-powered recruiting platform that assists recruiters with finding the right candidate by providing intelligent automation for candidate sourcing, resume screening, candidate engagement. Partnering with 1500+ job sites across the world, CVViZ can discover and source candidates from various platforms such as LinkedIn, Github, StackOverflow, etc. as well as import resumes of relevant candidates from different social platforms.

Using NLP and machine learning, recruiters find the right candidates for the right job by quickly screening resumes from third-party sites or any existing database. CVViZ can intelligently schedule interviews without the back and forth between managers and recruiters. Integrated video conferencing capabilities and a built-in live code editor allows managers to conduct complete interviews without the hassle of scheduling in-person interviews. For candidates interested in other roles, CCViZ provides page design tools to build organizational career pages that can be integrated into any website or listed in Google Search.

CVViZ helps us hire faster, with better fit—without the busywork CVViZ stands out as a modern AI recruiting platform that actually simplifies hiring. The AI-powered resume screening (NLP + ML) quickly surfaces high-fit candidates and ranks them in context, which saves hours we used to spend on first-pass reviews. Posting jobs is a breeze—one click gets us on free and premium boards, and the recommendation engine picks the right job boards by role, industry, and location. What I like best is how CVViZ combines automation (rules, pre-screening workflows, smart notifications) with sourcing across LinkedIn, GitHub, StackOverflow, and more. The recruitment CRM keeps all client and candidate communication in one place, and video interviewing with a live code editor has been invaluable for technical roles. We also appreciate the GDPR toolkit, the AI resume parser, and recruitment analytics (time-to-fill, team performance, channel effectiveness). Whether for high-volume or niche hiring, CVViZ gives us speed, structure, and confidence in the quality of hire. Pros:

We like that we can control the prices of recruiting within our platform. We set it up and embedded the code on our site. It's a great look when we work with our clients.

Cons:

I would like to see a white lable option and custom domain. They don't offer this, and thus, they receive marketing from us.

Indeed has started to add more features, but they're getting messy and now the prices takes too long to get started. They payment feature is also buggy and faulty. With Cvvis, it's a much wait process and we can make it our own.

Not User Friendly ATS

The design looks nice. It has multiple options to reach candidates.

Cons:

Sorting of candidates and reviewing resume. It takes forever to review them especially if there are multiple tagging already. ATS is supposed to help shorten the time of reviewing profiles but it's the other way around, it is frustrating.

Best recruiting tool i have used

In a business where we are working with a lot of people and hiring teammates to help us with work. The recruiting part has been so difficult without the help of such a tool. When you can have a look at the glance or summary of submissions it gives you a better thinking process of who to hire or employee.

I love the fact that you can use videos to interview candidates and also that it pre-qualify your candidates and gives you that data before making contact with candidates.

Cons:

As for now i am loving the tool having used other almost similar tools this provides exactly what we need

The Perfect Hiring Solution With AI

I'm truly surprised at the app overall, it does what I need, plus a bunch of extra things I didn't know I needed. UX is polished, app is smooth and fast, hiring is now fun and easy with my team. The company has been around for 5 years already and consistently developing new things and keeping up with their deliverables. This will be a tool in our arsenal for a very long time!

The system is polished and runs smooth, very easy to use we got our team onboarded quickly. We love the candidate scoring and internal discussions on each candidate. Resume matching is awesome too.

Great Recruitment Software!

As someone who has a very busy schedule, CVViZ has definitely helped in making recruitment easier. All I have to do is to go through the applications, choose the best ones, and schedule an interview with them through the site. Overall, my experience has been quite pleasant and I'd definitely recommend this software to those who are looking for a convenient recruitment tool.

I loved the ease of use of its job board upload function as well as the ease with which you can integrate your email accounts to reach out to applicants.

Cons:

I would love the option to make the career page from my own domain name rather than that of cvvis.
