Psicometricas is an online candidate testing platform that allows human resources staff and employers across Mexico to administer psychometric tests, interpret the applicants' results, and compare their suitability to the job and the company's corporate culture. Users can create company profiles, publish vacancies on LinkedIn and job boards in Mexico, add candidates, schedule interviews, send personalized invitations, store and download applicants' resumes, check results in PDF format, and share or print their findings.

The platform can administer a total of 10 psychometric tests in line with NOM-035-STPS regulation and generate real-time reports on candidate performance. It also verifies the applicant's identity by taking photographs during the test, adding them to the reports, and comparing them to submitted documents. Psicometricas integrates with other systems, including ERPs and job exchange services, helping to incorporate test data for visibility across company departments.
