I use Swoogo as an all-in-one solution for event registration and on-site check-in, where attendees can check themselves in. I wish it also had an exhibitor component so we could manage everything in one comprehensive system. #### Pros I like that Swoogo gives us registration and on-site check-in in one place. It’s very easy and intuitive to set up and use. Attendees can look up their names by first or last name without needing a QR code, check themselves in, confirm their information, and print their badges right away. It’s fast, and we’ve had great feedback about how easy it is, while needing fewer people at the registration counters. I also like the drag-and-drop setup, which is much easier than filling in and formatting all the different blocks in our previous system. #### Cons I really wish Apply to Attend could be set per registration type instead of being all or nothing for the full event. I’d also love an exhibitor section so I could manage everything in one comprehensive system, especially for our event with around 7,000 exhibitors and more than 350 booths.
