Iperius Remote is software to provide remote assistance or remote access anytime and anywhere.
It's the perfect tool for all companies that offer remote technical assistance services.
Administrators can customize the platform by adding the organization's name, logo, information, and preset options according to requirements with our full rebranding.

Using Iperius Remote, multiple operators can connect to a single device, share screens during training seminars or presentations, and set up a custom password for remote clients. Administrators can track operators' connection history or duration, filter them based on groups and computers, and bill customers accordingly. Supervisors can also manage remote team members by grouping them and configuring specific access permissions.

Iperius Remote offers the highest possible level of security, with end-to-end HIPAA/GDPR compliant encryption and the use of the most advanced encryption protocols and systems: TLS 1.2 and TLS 1.3, to secure information exchange across devices.

Managers can also view a list of connected clients and utilize the multi-user chat functionality to communicate with operators.

Mostly working as needed. Deeper integration into OS's is needed but they are working on it. Program is still developing.

New company with fresh start. Software is not subscription based which is must. Multiplatform for macs and PC as well.
Cons:
It is still in development. Some missing features like multiscreen support (mac) are keeping us back to fully start using. System runs only when there is user logged in.

I chose it because of Iperius Backup working nicely and then I decided to try remote. But we are not fully committed so far.

It is an inexpensive Tool, that does exactly what it is supposed to do. It works very well and i like it.
Cons:
It was a bit of a bumpy start, but things have now settled down well.

Because teamviewer has many unnecessary functions built in, and you have to pay for them whether you want them or not. With Anydesk, it was the initially poor communication after the cyber incident.
