Great business intelligence tool without the vendor lock-in!

Overall, it proves to be a powerful IDE + data visualization tool. We're able to create and operationalize highly-customized dashboards for our specific use cases.

Pros:

I like its rich feature set and that it is open-source in nature (Apache Superset). It allows us to have a powerful BI tool without vendor lock in.

Cons:

Unlike its competitors, it's quite challenging to use especially at the start. Some features, you can't really expect non-technical users to be able to intuitively utilize.

It uses the open-source Apache Superset, and it has the most customizable set of charts and dashboard features which we needed at the time.
