MyTime is a cloud-based scheduling platform for businesses to create profiles and take appointments. It provides point-of-sale (POS), e-commerce, customer management relationship features and is suitable for small business hair salons, spas, auto shops and many other appointment-based businesses. It features Android and iOS mobile apps.

MyTime provides customers a marketplace to find the business they seek and supports the scheduling and payment of the appointment.

MyTime enables users to manage customers and their appointments, calculate employee payroll and track employee performances. Users can see real-time appointment availability for required services. MyTime also features custom reporting for users to track sales and other measurable data.

Additionally, MyTime enables businesses to send appointment confirmations and reminders to customers. The solution allows businesses to see which customers have not confirmed and can then give them a follow-up call. MyTime solution is priced per month per location.

Makes day to day tasks move quickly, allows us to use the same system for multiple departments making cross pollination between departments even easier for the Customer experience.

Pros:
We are able to use My Time in every department of our company from Retail, to Grooming, and Daycare. Payments, scheduling, and appointment booking all in one.
Cons:
There are no alert icons for important things such as aggressive dogs, or medical conditions. There is only the note section.

I've been using My Time for as long as I can remember to manage everything from work to personal life. Its very easy to use, both as a newbie and an experienced user. Brilliant price point, compared to other applications that offer similar features this is a steal! My Time also integrates very well with other applications, such as Google and Facebook, allowing me to sync contacts across services. Both the desktop and mobile applications work very well, offering basically the same user-experience across various devices.
Cons:
Over time some of the free features of My Time have been moved to only be available to premium users. The frequency in which they release bug fixes is pretty terrible, there are some bugs that were reported some time ago that still haven't been fixed!

There were some good things about the software, but the bad out weighed the good, so I have nothing to say about any of the working features. What mattered to me was being able to cancel when I needed to cancel.
Cons:
I used MyTime for several years, in which the contract auto renews, but if you want to cancel you only can cancel during the one month of the year that you joined. MyTime forces you to keep paying for their software even if you no longer need it.MyTime has no integrations worth using.

This company has really been great from start to present!! I started with MyTime as they grew with my business also so growing together has been great! Being able to do scheduling and marketing including payment for service all in one place has been absolutely great!! I recommend this for new and well established businesses !!

Scheduling is easy along with client communication options! Setting it all up is pretty easy also very user friendly! Well priced for all you get!! They are Always looking for feedback so they can better your experience!! Everything is at your fingertips! The Marketing platform is beyond helpful! Well rounded 5 star service!

None really just hoping they come up with a way to import contact from my phone to the MyTime client database with just a few clicks!! No other Cons!

Switching my practice over to MyTime from FullSlate this week. Very impressed with this suite of practice tools - online appointments and payments, full POS with direct deposit, keeps your practice profile updated on 150 websites (yelp, google, facebook, etc), email and text message reminders, practice marketing, inventory management, online reputation manager, lots more.

Easily the most powerful, advanced and comprehensive practice management and scheduling service I have seen. Not yet three years out and winning many awards. Great user interface and mobile apps. Quite easy for the practitioner and client to use!

because of the new technology they are marketing for the US, there has been a few changes in they processing that make it a bit more time consuming to track some things, but again, every time i need help, i just give them a call.

Mytime offers a really great on the go app that allows me to manage my clients from anywhere. They have very involved costumer service that listen and that are constantly looking for ways to improve their product.

Great on the go client confirmations and management. I can just do about anything from my cell phone. All in all a great and convenient business management tool.
Cons:
There can be minor glitches at times, however when I send in feedback about them they are fixed quickly and I get a follow up call about what they are doing to ensure the fix.

Amazing Family

My mother in law and I were setting up an account for her company. The MyTime team walked us through everything and made sure we understood everything they offered. Everyone seemed genuinely happy to help and we never felt like they were trying to sell anything. They just wanted to make our lives easier, which they did. They just really went above and beyond with their customer service.
