About SynergySuite
SynergySuite for Restaurants offers a suite of cloud-based software for restaurant management. It enables restaurant chains, pub groups and other multi-location facilities to manage daily operations.
SynergySuite offers a suite of products to help users manage inventory and purchasing, sales analysis, time and attendance, human resources, cash management and food safety. Restaurant owners can track live inventory, manage suppliers and pull profit reports. Financial tools include void management, refunds, clears and up-selling. The solution also provides business intelligence tools such as profit reports.
Employee information can be managed through SynergySuite’s HR software. Users can post job vacancies, select candidates and screen new hires. SynergySuite also assists in staff lifecycle management and document management during performance reviews and appraisals. Integrations include ADP, QuickBooks, Zenefits and SAP.
Support is provided through an online portal, and pricing for each product is per location per month. Apps for iOS and Android devices are available.

I enjoy using synergy suite- the schedule editor besides the issue with not being conpatible on iphone/safari is very helpful in terms of gauging labor needs and creating the schedule is very intuitive.

With multiple pubs and restaurants in different locations, it was difficult to account for inventory and manage our supply chain on a location-by-location basis. SynergySuite's inventory and purchasing software immediately changed this for us. The live inventory tracking kept us updated on the status of every location, and allowed for us to forecast and communicate our needs with suppliers. We implemented all the modules and couldn't be happier. We've been able to cut wasteful labor costs with automated timesheets and by taking advantage of the labor forecasting feature. The software has been incredibly positive for our company and we've started rolling it out to all our locations.
