We've been running TastyIgniter for about a year now and it's done the job for us. Setup was straightforward and the admin panel is simple enough that the staff got the hang of it quickly. The main reason we went with it is that it's open source, so we could tweak a few things to fit how we work without hiring a developer for every little change. It did take me a bit to figure out all the settings at the start, and I'd like to see more payment options built in.
