Very fast onboarding with Rezerv, and they gave me some great free months ahead while I transitioned from another previous platform. So I appreciate that!

Pros:

Full features, very pro. Good customer service. Reasonably priced. Has most of the features of what a pilates studio needs. Gives enough free trial time to transition from other apps, which is a great plus!

Cons:

Cannot book private class through application. So we end up having to book the private classes manually for most private sessions.

Hello Richenda, good news, appointment booking is now available in our iOS and Android app. You can use this feature to allow your client to book privates themselves.

Efficient supportive team, easy user friendly interface

They listen to clients’ needs well, and so far (7 months in), they have been improving their system every single month which helps makes the booking process for clients and scheduling process for admin smoother. Appreciate this hard work a lot.

Company ran by honest people who are always quick to reply to any issues we face and to rectify issues. Hope this continues as they grow bigger..

Cons:

More refining needed on automated reminders & still some glitches here and there, but am still happy with it so far. Nothing too serious that hinders my business operations.

Reasons for switching to Rezerv

Supported them from the start, but prices kept increasing yearly with no promises being kept despite multiple assurances + timeline given to me by them. Over time, they begin to outsource their helpline and it was less and less personal and issues kept getting swept under the rug.

Great Platform

We found it easy to introduce into our booking system. Because of the simplicity of the platform the Staff and Customers readily adopted it and we found very few operational issues.Response from the Rezerv team in dealing with issues was almost immediate and always ensured and problems were quickly resolved.

All good. For any contact dealing with a back end issue it would be useful to have access via an App as with the front end.

Rezerv is an excellent service—easy to use, fast, and reliable. Booking was simple, and everything ran smoothly and has excellent support. Especially to Pia who can quickly resolve any issues

Cons:

While Rezerv is a great platform overall, there are a few minor bugs—but nothing that takes away from the smooth experience it offers. The team seems to update regularly, so it’s clear they’re working to improve things even more.
