The flagship software product, ViewPoint Logistics, offers a comprehensive set of features for managing the supply chain process, including warehouse management (WMS), transportation management (TMS), demand planning, vendor-managed inventory, order fulfillment, ecommerce, event management, and visibility and inventory management.

In addition to on-premise deployment, ViewPoint Logistics also offers cloud SaaS functionality, allowing for easy access and scalability. The solution supports Radio Frequency (RF) capabilities, enabling mobile device usage for remote management of supply chain activities. Pros:

What I absolutely love about the system is the outstanding service we receive from our account rep. With all the issues we experience, the saving grace is [sensitive content hidden] quick actions and responses.

Cons:

I really don't like the inefficiencies. Too many steps to complete certain tasks both in office and on the floor. Need to be more efficient.

Invoicing

I can speak for only for my role. The billing side of it is quite okay but there are areas that need some improvement.

When creating invoices it took only few minutes to do. and very easy.

Cons:

Some functionality are not available, especially in payment application. There are lot of things need to improve in invoicing process.

Pros:

The software is very comprehensive and handles our business needs well. The onsite and ongoing training provided is thorough and easy to understand. I especially like the Highview programming; it puts information at your fingertips with just a couple clicks of the mouse.

Cons:

There seems to be an overwhelming amount of custom work required. Any custom work requires more money. You really need to over-budget by almost double what you anticipated. There really is not much you can do internally to modify programs even slightly to fit into your business.

They have excellent service and people. We've been with them over 15 years. The product has been upgraded and revamped based on current 3PL industry needs. They have great tools built into the system and offer great visibility to key information.

Cons:

In the past, it was sometimes difficult to integrate with third-party software.
