Rayo is a warehouse management system (WMS) designed for logistics and fulfillment operations. Rayo caters to eCommerce companies, third-party logistics providers, and manufacturers with distribution operations.

Mi experiencia con rayo ha sido increíblemente llegaron en el momento adecuando porque ya nos estábamos volviendo locas con tantos envíos y ordenes y nos llegaron a resolver todos los problemas.

Pros:

Me encanta el software porque se entrega perfectamente a mi shopify y ya no tengo que preocuparme por los envíos de nuestras clientas, reciben respuesta vic WhatsApp y notificaciones todo el tiempo. Nos ha salvado la vida.

Cons:

Lo que menos me gusta es que no se puede editar una orden si la clienta se equivoca de talla o si hay que cambiar algo del pedido. Para eso hay que cancelarla y volverla a subir.

Es una de las mejores opciones para el control de inventarios, el picking y packing la automatización que ofrecen para los ecommerces es genial, ya que te ayudan a integrar con empresas de mensajería que para los usuarios es difícil conseguir, las alianzas y la rápida respuesta del software.
