About WikiPro

Wikipro is an all-in-one texting platform for small to midsize businesses in various industries. It enables businesses to request online reviews, payments, e-signatures, and more via text. It is designed to streamline customer communication and team collaboration. Texting features can be used on a desktop using existing business phone numbers as well as on mobile devices. The Wikipro mobile app is compatible with iOS and Android devices. This solution can integrate with Zapier.

The platform offers various communication features including text-to-pay, voice and video calls, file sharing, appointment reminders, shared inbox, auto-replies, chat widgets, messaging templates, plus more. Wikipro’s text-to-review feature can request reviews from customers for both Google and Facebook. Additionally, teams can track all business reviews and submit direct replies using Wikipro’s dashboard.

Pricing is on a monthly or yearly subscription basis and depends on the number of users. Support is provided via phone, email, live chat, and other resources.

Just what I was looking for! user-friendly, quick , amazing product to contact your clients, send files and obtain signatures.

Cons:

It is exactly what I was searching for. At first it needs Tutoring videos other than that is easy to navigate

I was shocked and impressed

I've been very impressed so far! I asked for a feature that was unavailable. Less than a month later they created it and took the time to email me personally about it!

Pros:

It's easy to use and our customers love it. I really like that it's the same number as our office number and not some weird number. I also like that there's automation, but we can also text customers back and forth if needed

Cons:

I wish the document send and receive were encrypted, but this isn't an end of the world feature for us.

Texting but the app lets me create them like Emailing. E-sign via texting E-pay via text Sending large, definable group text messages

Cons:

Cost seemed a little high at first, especially since I wont use it much for a few months during each year. Learning app was very challenging & frustrating
