Su atención, su trato cercano y su predisposición a ayudarte en todo momento y a facilitarte el trabajo. Como son locales, es muy fácil comunicarse con ellos para resolver dudas.

Cons:

Por decir algo, no poder saber quién ha abierto los correos. Para negocios pequeños y con listas pequeñas es importante saber qué personas abren cada correo. Se puede hacer una exportación, pero no puedes ver la info del primer vistazo. Creo que están en ello con nuevas funcionalidades.

ePigeon nos aporta una ventaja crucial, que es la comunicación a costo bajo con la garantía de entrega. Tuvimos muy malas experiencias con otras empresas que no entregaban nuestras newsletter, o las bloqueaban con excusas de un 1% de rebotes o si teníamos que hacer algún envío extraordinario el coste nos suponía un esfuerzo extra

Después de probar otros servicios como Sendinblue o Mailchimp, puedo afirmar es esta plataforma es mucho más intuitiva y fácil de gestionar

Cons:

Quizás el desarrollo de un plugin específico para Gravity Forms sería estupendo para automatizar aún más nuestros procesos

Una plataforma de envíos genial

Por un lado, el proceso es bastante fácil e intuitivo. Por otro lado, siempre han estado disponibles a ayudarme ante las dudas iniciales. Fueron muy amables e incluso me dieron consejos para conseguir mejores resultados. Después de la primera campaña no he parado de usarlo.

La facilidad de uso y la atención al cliente de 10. Ya lo he recomendado a un par de amigos que se que tenían problemas con otras plataformas.

Cons:

La verdad es que todo ha fluido. Al principio, tenia pequeñas dudas con la integración en mi web y la configuración, pero fueron muy atentos y amables y lo pude resolver en muy poco tiempo.

Eficaces, proactivos y resolutivos

Contactamos con ellos por una recomendación; íbamos con pies de plomo, pero nos hemos llevado una gran sorpresa. Lo normal en este sector es que la atención a una cuenta nueva, caso nuestro, vaya de mas a menos en cuestión de semanas, hasta el punto de encontrarte en el típico self service. Aquí ha sido todo lo contrario, atención personalizada diaria, continuos breifs y estrategias a corto-medio y largo plazo para mejorar los resultados. La atención de Cristian, un 10!

La estructura del gerenciamiento de campañas y la simpleza para realizar segmentaciones. Adicionalmente la velocidad en el soporte y cordialidad del equipo.

Cons:

Tuvimos un problema con la creación de una lista nueva. No se pudo determinar si se trataba un problema de configuración del servidor o de configuración de la lista y no hemos encontrado más alternativa que eliminarla y cambiar de lista.

Ease of use, simple to use. One of the better platforms I have ever worked with. Takes minutes to set up campaigns. Love how easy it is to segment and adjust the lists.

Cons:

The only thing I can say is sometimes, not often, it stalls slightly when scheduling campaigns. Otherwise not really anything bad to say about the platform
