About Callifi
Callifi is a cloud-based VoIP phone system designed to help small to midsize businesses automate processes for call routing, sequencing, voice messaging and faxing. Key features include call parking, voice quality enhancement, SIP trunking, IVR/voice recognition and call recording.
Teams using Callifi can manage toll-free and local telephone numbers by porting existing numbers to communicate with international clients. It comes with a module, which enables all connected phones to ring at once or at a sequence. Additionally, its call forwarding functionality allows enterprises to set up conditional forwarding and accept calls from multiple locations.
Callifi helps businesses streamline destination restriction, encryption and traffic monitoring in real-time to ensure protection from fraudulent activities. Pricing is available on request and support is extended via documentation, phone, email and other online measures.

The call quality is crystal clear. When I request updates, they complete them almost immediately. If needed, a technician is on site - no questions asked. There’s a phone at home for emergencies over the weekends. Callifi makes it easy to run my business. PLUS they even were able to get me my favorite ringtone from when I started my business. Not sure what they can't do. I can not express in words how satisfied I am with Callifi. It has been such a pleasure to work with them. They do a fantastic job and they treat you like family. I highly recommend

I am usually working with people all day and travelling often; so it's hard to pick up the phone and have people find me when I need. That's why the voicemail-to-email, find & follow me, auto-attendant, and excellent customer service have been so effective in boosting my productivity as well as maintaining a professional and focused reputation. My phone service has NEVER been interrupted so whereas I used to worry about phone issues hurting my business and causing me to lose revenue, I don't have to worry about that anymore. I've been really happy. They have been doing telecom their entire lives and know this stuff inside out. They taught me a lot about about how telecom can fit in better into my business.
