About OfficeSuite UC

OfficeSuite by Broadview Networks is a cloud-based phone system and unified communications solution. It caters to businesses of all sizes.

Broadview Networks offers SIP trunking for single-vendor VoIP solution. Also, since Broadview Networks is an Internet service provider, businesses can fully manage their connections to both hosted PBX applications and SIP trunking services.

Broadview Networks offers multiple types of Internet connections, ranging from Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS) to Primary Rate Interface (PRI) for businesses with older PBX systems.

OfficeSuite also features collaboration tools, including web conferencing, audio conferencing and video conferencing. The system can be administered through web portals and can route calls to mobile devices. Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) module is available for contact centers that need call routing capabilities.

Broadview Networks also offers mobile and PC apps, which allows users to deploy the solution across multiple devices.

OfficeSuite integrates with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Outlook.

    The product works well, is customizable, and is priced incredibly competitively.
    Cons:
    Support has been a frustrating concern. During configuration and installation I had to educate the installers as to what a subnet is and how to configure it on the phones they sold me. Some open support tickets have never been resolved.

    Never have I seen a more advanced phone system with so many options!

    This is a phone system used in offices. It has an app that allows you to take calls from home via the app if the need arises. The many options this system has is surreal! Currently we have 6 lines, ability to park and retrieve calls, page overhead, and so much more. The app not only allows you to take calls from home, you can also monitor usage at the office from home, listen to recorded calls, alter voicemail and extension settings and so much more. I truly cannot speak highly enough about the ease of use for this system and the software!
    Cons:
    Be sure you have excellent accessibility and are not in a rural area. This relies upon good, solid internet to function properly.

    Sound quality of the phone calls were very good.
    Cons:
    Set up of the system was extremely complex and time consuming. After set-up getting administrative changes done required support tickets and too many phone calls. Up time was not as good as other services we used.

    There are many items that are very useful with this software. The fact that you can turn the overrides on or off is very helpful. The fact that you can also download the app on your phone is even more helpful.
    Cons:
    Customer service is a little light in knowledge; however, they do get you to the right person.

    OfficeSuite is easy to use. The interface is simple and provides a lot of functionality. I can manage our entire phone system from anywhere.
    Cons:
    To accomplish some goals, you have to make changes on several screen. For example to program a phone key to monitor a line status, you have to add it to a call group before you can program the key.
