About Rainbow
Rainbow Hub is a cloud-based communication management solution that allows its users to migrate completely to the cloud using a telephony system entirely based on softphony. It includes Rainbow Edge cloud solution that meets strict security requirements and complex integration into private infrastructures. It is another version of the platform that can be deployed on a private infrastructure.
The solution seamlessly adapts to your PABX system and enables telephony services to be available on the Rainbow applications. Users can utilize a centralized communication system to connect with external clients using a single phone number. It also includes Rainbow CPaaS, a cloud-based development platform, and APIs for you to integrate Rainbow capabilities into your business applications, CRM, website, or mobile applications. It also offers off-the-shelf services to add conversational capabilities to your customer-facing or business applications. Additionally, it includes a library of connectors to connect objects, processes or applications to customize your customer’s interactions in providing relevant information.

Windows,MAC,IOS,Android,Web - i use this messenger in any platform. Most of functionality is free! No Ads! 1 gb of cloud storage in free version. Not very liberating. You can't transfer a call or conference. You can't record your voicemail message. You can't setup shortcuts or a personal directory. You can't pickup a group call. You can't even tell who's calling YOU!
