Easy Saas solution for vendor management funding and approval flow

We needed better expenditure management, budget management, and a clearer understanding how much we spend on each vendor. PayEm has given me the ability to do budget tracking and troubleshooting on the spot. I’m in total control of the budget and can make sure that any deviation in the budget goes through me. At any given time. I know about the company’s expenses without going into outdated banking platforms. PayEm has also made it easy for employees to request funds. I no longer have to waste time with approval meetings. We easily avoid unnecessary credit card charges. The process is simple and convenient for everyone.

Pros:

The robust purchase approval flow made our life easy. We can now receive requests from remote employees according to the company budget, manage all company vendor budgeting, and have a clear picture of all the money we manage, down to each and every transaction. I have visibility of all the money coming out of the company at the supplier level making it easy to manage the budget.

Cons:

There’s nothing to dislike. PayEm is a great value-add for customers.

A nice system for the AP automation!

The interface is very clean, the approval workflows are easily created. It has full functions for PR, PO, invoice and payments. All works well!

Cons:

The prepaid amortization schedule cannot be synced to NS. The related invoices can not synced to the NS.

PayEm user-friendly but still flawed

PayEm is just ok. there is a lag in getting approvals when there is a fast need for a fund request because the managers are not US-based.

1. easy to use 2. fund request is pretty fast, depending on manager approval 3. can add to Apple pay (but Apple pay only)

Cons:

1. cannot reconcile receipts through email upload 2. emails constantly going to spam folder, no matter what 3. some transactions don't need receipts 4. does not work with non-Apple NFC wallet (Samsung Pay, Google Pay)

Very good - the only thing that should be mentioned is the transparency regarding vendors that don't accept the CC as this might be crucial for some companies.

It's easy to use and helpful for managing charges on corporate cards.

I think payem works well for managing corporate cards and charges on each one and submitting corresponding receipts.

I like that it is intuitive and makes uploading receipts simple. Even though I was not given a tutorial on payem, I was able to navigate it easily to access corporate cards and transactions.

Cons:

I do not like that you cannot upload more than 1 receipt for each expense that you submit. I also don't like that you still get a red receipt flag even when a charge has been refunded or reversed. I also like that it immediately notifies you of any charges made and that require receipts.

Excellent Credit Card and Expense System

Excellent, I enjoy using PayEm at work. It is user friendly and the credit card is reliable. It's great to have a virtual card as well as a physical card.

The easy process of issuing CCs and the smooth sync with NetSuite, and since there is a possibility to add notes under each CC,.

Cons:

1) We don't get any notification when the balance of one of the entities it about to run out 2) When there is a new vendor, we always have to contact Payem so that it will show in the platform 3) the sync with BOB is with payment, it should be free
