Excellent Church Management Software

Overall, Gracely is a blessing to me as a pastor and to our church community. The team is genuinely concerned and will do its best to help. I am having a really good time setting up the platform for our church, as it is very easy to work with.

Pros:

I particularly enjoyed how easy it is to import membership data into the software. Also, the platform layout is really simple and easy to use. Events have a variety of customization options that make for great event planning and scheduling. And I must not forget to mention that the Gracey team has done a great job with volunteer scheduling as a major part of the software. This makes things really simple for us as a church. One significant thing as well is the prompt support you get from the team. It is a wonderful customer experience with Gracely.

Cons:

I loved everything about Gracey, and would love to see a few improvements Groups would work great if members could communicate with each other. Church portal would also be great as a mobile app.

We could not get the church base platform to deploy, and support was not good.

Gracely A Great Resource For Any Church

The response to any inquiry is almost immediate. Whenever I contact Gracely about a feature I need they have it added by the next day or a timely for the feature to be added.

Gracely has been a game changer for our church admin. It's easy to update ministries, create forms, and manage our church portal all in one place. It’s user-friendly and helps keep our members connected and engaged. Highly recommend for any church looking to streamline communication and operations.

Cons:

I would like to have email to have an automated email sent to Group leads when a member join a ministry group. This is really not a con because every time I contact Gracely about a feature I need they have it added by the next day or a timely for the feature to be added

Gracely makes my work easier!

It has been great using Gracely so far. As my church's administrative secretary, the app helps to streamline different aspects of the church, such as member management, announcements, event postings, accounting, etc.

I love the church portal and the ability to send out announcements, post events etc.

Cons:

Refreshing the page every time something new is added. It will save a lot of time if changes are instantly updated when made.

I love that it is easy to use and that multiple users can access it to input data. It’s very easy to understand and when I had a question, they responded promptly.

Cons:

I wish there was a place to record attendance. Churches need those numbers when applying for loans. This would help keep necessary information in one place.

Very Happy With Gracely

[sensitive content hidden] and staff are VERY responsive. They want to build a great product and care about all feedback they receive. I amazed at their customer support.

We were looking for a membership/Church management system that was clean, easy to use, and web based so all members could access it at their leisure. This fit all the criteria and at a very reasonable price! Also like how we can add custom fields to track information specific to us. The giving statements look great.

Cons:

The sign on process for Church members is cumbersome. They need to have a code sent to their email on file and then use that code each time. I know this is probably the most secure way to do it, but it is an extra step that may dissuade members from taking that extra step and updating their info. Also, wish we could upload giving information with an Excel spreadsheet.

Reasons for switching to Gracely

You cant export the data from Church Windows in a usable format and it is not searchable by members. Also our version was not cloud-based.

Best budget church management software. Period.

Overall, our experience has been great. Socrates, our customer service representative, has been incredible and has walked with us every step of the way during the transition. Everything we expected to use—giving reports, database management, and day-to-day church admin tools—has worked exactly as needed. The platform does what it promises, and that’s huge.

As a small church, the price point was a huge win for us. Gracely has helped us significantly reduce our monthly costs while still giving us everything we need to operate effectively. The value for what you get is honestly hard to beat.

Cons:

There really aren’t many downsides. The interface was a little different from what we were used to at first, but it wasn’t difficult to learn and we adjusted quickly.
