Very person centered!

So far it has been great! with the exception of not being able to track community/ISP goals, and errors around med management.

Pros:

I love being able to see all the ups and downs of our residents' behavior, as well as the strategies used by staff around those behaviors. It is truly person-centered, showing their entire day. Not JUST the negative behaviors like many other behavior-tracking programs.

Cons:

I wish there was an option to capture their community outings, goal achievements, etc. not just their behaviors. There were a lot of hiccups/room for errors around the medication tracking.

The ease of use for this product is amazing. The option to customize just what you need makes data entry faster. This gives you more time working with the individual, not sitting behind a keyboard. The customizability also let's the product grow with your needs.

Cons:

The only issues we had were bug related in the very early stages. These were taken care of quickly with excellent customer service.

Pros:

I found BEHCA to be a straightforward solution towards behavior tracking, it’s color coded dashboard makes it easy to navigate even for new users. It has fully customizable tracking which is great because each individual has unique needs and this application provides users with a tool to cater towards those needs. I also enjoyed the way it displays the data collected over time in simple easy to understand charts and graphs. It even has a section for self reporting which I think is phenomenal.

Cons:

I wish it had incident reporting capabilities.
