About Wello Solutions
Wеllo Solutions, formеrly known as Odyssее Field Service is a cloud-based field service platform suitable for businesses of all sizes. It offers tools for communication between external service teams, field service planners and customer service representatives.
Users can manage invoicing, work orders and client approvals on site by accessing Odyssee on a mobile device. Users can access information about current jobs, invoicing and materials in real-time. The contract module helps manage service level agreements, preventative maintenance schedules and customer contracts.
The service scheduling module lets users schedule jobs, access schedules for individual service staff and see where jobs are located. Field service staff can use the time registration module to track hours worked, and managers can produce status reports to track output. An online customer portal allows clients to stay updated on the status of their work orders. Chat, email and phone support are provided. Pricing is per user per month.

Overall, it's a great system, especially considering the cost. Compared to what we used before, Wello has helped us modernize our processes. Their support team is very responsive, usually getting back to me within seconds of submitting a callback request. The onboarding process was quite challenging at first, but after I asked for more assistance, they provided the additional help we needed.

As an IT consultant, I needed a reliable job scheduling system after securing three major contracts. Wello Solutions stood out for its affordable pricing and efficient inventory system, allowing me to track stock between the warehouse and vehicles seamlessly. While the platform has a bit of old-school design, it's user-friendly and steadily improving. To fully enjoy its key features, I recommend spending time exploring the platform, as it offers advantages over many competitors in the FSM industry. The mobile app is solid, and although reporting was recently added, I haven't had enough experience with it yet. Despite a few shortcomings, I appreciate the continuous updates and responsive customer support.

Also we are indeed working on a connector to all sage products and have already existing connectors to Exact Online, SAP& NAV.
