Great App to have

My experience with Paidnice has been great. It has save me so much time on a monthly basis and our collections process has improved significantly. Outstanding invoices are getting paid quicker

Paidnice has been a gamechanger for our business.

Overall, it was a very easy onbarding and it's enabled our wider team to view and manage customers invoices. Enabling our team to issue/waive late fees as well as invoice reminders etc.

Pros:

The excellent support we recieved during intial setup was key in us getting going. Also - Safe mode and drafting policies allowed us to carefully and thoughtfully design our policies to see how paidnice would run before pushing go.

Cons:

Our only con (not really a con) was that there is a fair amount of funtionality and options, and this does take some time learning before starting policies, so it pays to use support as needed, and run in safe mode before rolling out your draft policies.

Definitely Worth It!

Overall positive experience. The mere fact that I do not need to manually track and add late fees to late invoices is a nobrainer.

The ease when managing invoices and late fees. You set up the rules and Paidnice handles adding the late fees to invoices. This eliminates the need to manually do it yourself which gives back precious time to business owners to focus on more important things.

Cons:

When setting up the invoice rules, it did take me some time to understand it, but the support team did help me out with all my questions.

Emails could be a nicer layout with price included. Could be easier to have the link direct to Xero and/or have the quote attached as PDF on the email

so far its good, it helps keep track for me, im definately not making full use of the app, so theres probably loads i still need to learm

I love that it follows up for me, takes a huge load off my shoulders when im too busy. Its a great tool.

Cons:

set up can be tricky especially if you are new to the app, im still not 100% certain on how it all works but learning as i go

Goodbye Manual Late Fees, Hello Paidnice

Review: Our finance team used to loathe going invoice by invoice in QuickBooks, manually applying late fees. Since switching to Paidnice, all those policies now trigger automatically based on rules we set. This functionality that Chaser totally lacks probably saves us 5 hours a week. Worth every penny.

Cons:

That I didn’t find Paidnice sooner!!
