About myQuest Connect

myQuest Connect is a Microsoft Teams app which allows employees to automatically receive answers to questions they have during work. The myQuest Connect bot is linked to the organization's knowledge base and can immediately send answers to questions, or alternatively, connect employees with colleagues who are available and able to help.

Here's how it works:

  • Employees anonymously submit a work-related question or challenge.
  • The myQuest Connect bot automatically sends the answer to the question from the organization's knowledge base.
  • If the answer doesn't exist in the knowledge base, the bot connects the employee with a colleague who knows the answer and who is available to support.
  • Once the question is resolved, the bot adds the solution to the organization's knowledge base so that next time, it can be presented to those who submit a similar question.

    - Seamless and simple processes (No training required.- Based on MS Teams platform which makes it very familiar to employees.- Covers existing FAQs and live SME advice.- Capturing and vetting SME answers before including them as FAQs (Corporate Knowledge).- Works very well on mobile phones.
    Cons:
    The platform can sometimes miss answers to questions already existing in the FAQ database. However, it still connects the employee to an SME so the goal of addressing the question is still achieved.
