We have been using WeBee at our hotel for a while now and without a doubt, it is one of the most valuable tools our hotel has. Not only having a native app for the hotel is prestigious but also direct engagement with our guests increased satisfaction, therefore, lead to more return-guests. It is a good program but need development in some area i think. Quick and direct contact with guest gives great advantage. Guests birthday selection is not working, support team is working on it for about 5 months.
