A Great value for money

Its a great system for our smaller hotels which get a good PMS at affordable prices with a full Channel Manager connectivity without added expenses

Its a very good PMS which is affordable, has connectivity with major Channel Managers to send bookings straight into PMS

Cons:

They could polish some of the functions in Group Reservations to make it easier for users

The software offers a wide range of functionalities, including reservations management, housekeeping, maintenance tracking, reporting, and more. We have found that the software meets all of our property management needs and more.Moreover, Wincloud PMS is incredibly easy to use and user-friendly. I like that wincloud is a cloud based PMS. I can use it at home unlike other PMS.

I like that wincloud is a cloud based PMS.

Cons:

It logs out in just few minutes of being inactive. The error of "unresponsive page" is occurring more often now. Updating of tariff is 1 by 1 or day by day, if it can be updated from this date to this date in just 1 edit.
