Windsurfer is a user-friendly and solid CRS

Easy to use, very functional, quite professional CRS system for hotels.

Functionality

Pros:

Very easy to use. Easy to add rate codes, open/close at property or room or rate level. Easy to create url links. Easy to see your current rates and availability by room type and by date. Booking engine is modern and fairly advanced, good shopping cart system. Interfaces seem to work well with other channels.

Cons:

Some advanced tools are missing or hard to understand. I don't think it can do certain things like add an amount to a rate for just the first night. In creating url links, it defaults to the current day for searches, but I'd prefer if the date is not populated automatically.
