About AlignMark 360 Feedback

AlignMark 360 Feedback is designed to help HR teams create, manage and collect structural feedback and reviews of employees. The survey administration and reporting module enables managers to handle survey presentations, rater groups, comment collection and more on a unified platform.

Features of AlignMark 360 Feedback are performance management, survey library, due date reminders, communication management, analytics and more. Managers can use the built-in templates to create individual development plans (IDP) for employees and track their performances. Additionally, AlignMark 360 Feedback lets reviewers receive automated email notifications to complete outstanding surveys.

AlignMark 360 Feedback allows administrators to generate a summary of competency-level results, identify highest and lowest rated behaviors and create presentations on comments collected from raters. Support is extended via phone, email, documentation and other online measures.

    Integration went smoothly, little administration needed in-house, reports easy to identify and interpret.
    Cons:
    Initially there were some limitations with the functionality due to not having e-mail addresses for surveys, but they were able to develop a work-around solution.

    Previous product had limitations and required too much administration in-house.

    AlignMark was a pleasure to work with, from their sales staff to the implementor to the follow up counseling. This is a first class product with competent and qualified staff. The one on ones, which we had some reluctance in pursuing, proved to be the most valuable piece of this process.     The survey was easy to complete. This was evidenced by over 90% of our staff completing the surveys. Some of this was their commitment, but also the ease of using the software.
    Cons:
    I have no criticisms to make. This was a very positive experience overall.

    Very positive experience, the product itself and the reports are not too dissimilar to others I looked in to, the areas which set AlignMark apart are the service and follow up coaching to help our Managers and Leaders interpret the data set and feedback from a constructive point. The service team were approachable, adaptable to our needs, listened to our objectives and supportive helping us achieve them. Having the option to delpoy the survey and the coaching internationally was essential to us too.

    Adaptable to our needs and tailored to our own organisations language for tiles and competency descriptions - where necessary.
    Cons:
    Having seen all of the reports the feedback on next steps and blind spots was quite repetative, but this is not unexpected given that it is a software producing the report.
