I would highly recommend connect team for all of your employees to keep everyone on the same page and ease day to day work flow.

Pros:

Connect team really helps manage employees time off requests and helps track all vacation and holiday time off very well.

Cons:

Owners do have more access than admins wish we could see a little more flexibility there, but it doesn't effect the day to day work flow.

Intuitive, Clean, Reliable and Adaptable Software

Connecteam has been always been fantastic to use in my experience, has never been "down", never had login issues, support is always great. Hopefully they have more improvements and additions on their roadmap.

Pros:

Connecteam is super simple to get up and running. It's very intuitive to use, unlike many other platforms I've experienced. Customer support is quick, and has always been very helpful and friendly to boot. The fact that Connecteam let's you have 10 users before charging is another plus. It enables you to get to know the platform before committing, which is not only rare, but great value.

Cons:

I would love the option for forms to be able to fetch data from a source. For example, you have a drop-down list on several forms, if an option needs to be added to the list, you have to update every single form rather than just the source. This could be implemented and be amazing.

Assignar became prohibitively expensive for what we were using it for, and Connecteam was a far better fit.

After extended use, Connecteam proves to be a solid operations execution tool, especially for managing field teams and distributed operations. It works best when you want one simple platform to manage scheduling and daily execution without heavy IT setup.

Organized and mostly easy to used

This is still a new ish system for our company, and we are still learning the ins and outs but we haven't had any issues with bugs or the system crashing, so that's a plus.

I like being able to see and edit scedules easily, as well as creating forms and chats for the team. Subtasks on the schedules are great because we can see how busy each person is during the day. The time tracker is also great because we can see and remind eployees to sign in/out due to their in time activity on the app. Also great that they can adjust their own hours in real time before thwir timecard is reviewed for the week.

Cons:

Unless you are an admin, you are not able to create subtasks on other employees scedukes. This is tricky as we like to make notes for each other and if something needs to go on there, non admin haave to ask admin to add it. The other frustrating thing is the view when signing in from my phone vs. The computer. On the computer, I'm automatically signed in as admin, whereas in my phone, i have to click into being an admin before doing anything on there. It would be better if it just signed me in as admin on my phone automatically. There are too many plan upgrades needed when we want to add things like extra subtask spots, which makes it seem like the value for the money doesn't seem worth it all of the time.

There weren't enough features (such as forms, timecards, and chats) all in one spot and it was harder to keep track of everything on multiple apps/platforms.

Streamlined many of our business practices!

Love it! As an Administrative Assistant to the Founder/CEO of a small business, I deeply appreciate how many problems Connecteam solves. Rather than using multiple apps and leaving files in a cloud and managing them, Connecteam does it all.

Pros:

Connecteam has been so helpful for our small business. It handles everything from HR to training, and even streamlines inner-staff communications. It's genuinely been a life-saving tool for our company. The customer support and even the AI support have been excellent! If you have a question, it isn't long before you find an answer. They even give personalized video tutorials if necessary, and sincerely try to help. We've been able to abolish many bottlenecks and staff hurdles by using this platform. Once you get past the slight, initial learning curve, the platform is easy to use too. It's been wonderful!

Cons:

They appear to be working on developing a bit more fluidity across the different sections, which will be super helpful.

Easy to Learn, Easy to Use, and Helpful for Team Coordination

Overall, our experience with Connecteam has been very positive. The onboarding process was very simple, and getting everything set up was easy to learn. The training provided made it straightforward to understand how to build schedules, communicate with the team, and start using the different features. The chat feature is also very easy to use and has been helpful for keeping communication organized within the app instead of relying on constant texting. Like any platform, there are a few additional features we hope to see implemented in the future, but overall it has been a great tool for managing our team and improving day-to-day communication and organization.

It’s easy for employees to use, and it helps us reduce constant texting by keeping updates inside the app. Overall, it’s been very helpful for keeping our operations running smoothly.

Cons:

While Connecteam is very helpful overall, the biggest challenge is getting employees to consistently check the app or keep notifications turned on. When messages go unread, it can make communication a little slower than expected.

It's amazing software, and they provide it free up to the first ten users. I recommend it to all my clients! Their support is really great as well, and they are always coming out with new features. It is really easy to use and intuitive.

Cons:

I wish you could and subjobs after creating a job. Also, when filtering jobs in the timesheet, I wish I could just view the data entries for that job without having to export them to Excel.

I like the multiple features to be able to help manage employees and business. I find it easy to use with the scheduling and love the options to send posts about employee accomplishments. I like the easy to search tool to help employees find SOPs or the handbook quickly. The check list option has been a life saving tool for our business.

Cons:

The forms submission process. It may be user error. I would also appreciate an easier to use feature to see who is clocked in and at what time and where they are in their shift.

Homebase was lacking a lot of options to keep staff on the same page. We needed multiple platforms to be able to accomplish what Connecteams does on one platform.

I wasn’t able to change the timezone to my preferred setting. I contacted customer support and was told it had been updated, but the change didn’t reflect. I eventually left it as it was.
