Powered by next-gen mobile technology, human science, and positive psychology, the platform is built to help businesses deliver life-changing experiences and emotional connections for happier employees.

Employees can recognize co-workers via the peer-to-peer recognition engine and provide video-based feedback, giving every employee the opportunity to be seen and heard. Leadership can track employee experience across the organization via next-gen surveys called "Discos," which is short for Discoveries. The organization can share motivational leadership messages or timely communications with employees via video texts.

DaysToHappy intends to bring the mind, body, and spirit to businesses, energizing employees with mindfulness activities. The experience platform comes with a robust dashboard, which lets managers gain insights into employee engagement trends, recognitions, feedback, and customer responses via charts and graphs. Great Company

It's been a perfect solution for us. In our industry we are very spread out and work independently in most of what we do. Having a solution that allows leadership to connect with our staff quickly and efficiently is vitally important. Connecting with staff and finding ways to reward and recognize staff is absolutely the most challenging for leaders to do. Days to Happy helps tremendously with it.

Pros:

The ease of use is absolutely the best part of it. It's been so awesome to quickly reach out to staff to share a personal message, company message, inspiration, etc. in a quick and efficient way. The staff at Days to Happy are first class people that are always there and willing to help where needed. The feedback from our staff about the system has been overwhelming positive.

Cons:

I've not found anything that I don't like about Days to Happy.

Cons:

The optout option, but I understand it’s a regulatory requirement.

Great features to easily recognize employees on key dates or anniversaries

Cons:

Integration was simple, but figuring out the right amount of interactions with staff per week was harder to find then I imagined...when we did figure out the right amount of messages per week for staff we had better involvement.
