About Fingercheck

Fingercheck is a cloud-based human resources and payroll management solution designed for businesses of all sizes. It offers recruiting, self on-boarding, time tracking, benefits administration and insurance management functionalities within a suite. Android and iOS apps are available.

Fingercheck features automatic deposit, which allows companies to automate the process of payroll remittance. Users can also select pay schedules and preview payroll. Fingercheck also allows users to generate W-2 and 1099 forms.

Fingercheck enables companies to perform year-end filings by pulling payroll and expenses data from the system. The solution also enables users to make payments to external contractors and vendors.

Fingercheck also features time tracking, which allows users to track work time and incorporate that into the pay receipts. The solution allows employees to sign in on the time tracking app using biometric details and facial recognition.

Great corporate app

I've been using it for over 3 year as an employee, I love that you can see every detail when it comes to schedule, everything is transparent, the time tracking is very accurate, no complaints.

The platform itself is very easy to use, very user friendly you don't really need to have someone show you how to use it, has a ton of features.

Cons:

I wish you could personalize it more, meaning adapting it to each user, but overall is good.

Fingercheck has been a game changer. We were stuck in the 1800's using a regular punch clock. Now using the facial recognition feature that Fingercheck has we are saving time and money.

So far there is nothing negative to report. We have been extremely satisfied with the product and the customer service.

Navigation is hard on the website at first, but once you have it down it’s fine. It is also a bit costly.

Onboarding is smooth and easy to use. payroll processing and employee time tracking are accurate and reliable, with automated tax calculations and built-in compliance handling.

Cons:

Customer service is very inconsistent. Its very slow and difficult when issues arise. The learning curve for advanced settings and configurations can require extra training or clearer documentation.

If there is one thing that I like the most about Fingercheck is being able to have access to a mobile app that I can use anywhere.

Cons:

The one thing I like least about Fingercheck was the lag time while in the app, and that did not happen more than a few times. Overall I enjoy the Fingercheck.

Great for basic management

Easy to use and keeps everything organized

Overall, it has been a game-changer for our office routine. Before using this, payroll took me almost a full day; now I can get it done in an hour. It's reliable and does exactly what we need it to do for a small team.

Pros:

The best part is how the time tracking syncs automatically with the payroll. It saves me so much time because I don't have to enter data manually twice. I also really like the mobile app; it's very convenient for checking things on the go.

Cons:

The setup process at the very beginning was a bit confusing, but once we got used to it, it was fine. Also I wish there were more tutorials for the advanced features. Sometimes, if I need a very specific custom report, it's hard to figure out how to generate it.
