Amazing Software and Consulting Support

Some of our team members have been dissatisfied with their role and growth opportunity within the agency which then resulted in their attitude changing and becoming negative. Jalapeno's software has given a voice for each team member to raise their concern, dissatisfaction, skill gap, and growth aspirations. Based on the results of the reports, Jalapeno's senior consultant has been meeting with managers within the organization as well as specific team members to better understand their concerns, issues and lack of motivation. From there, we have been scheduling team meetings to resolve identified issues on a weekly and monthly basis. The started seeing positive results within the team as soon as the tool has been implemented - the adoption rate was 100%! Jalapeno has made a huge positive impact on our agency in a very short period of time. The consulting team has helped with identifying and resolving 5 to 7 many issues in a very short timeframe. We are looking forward to continuing working in partnership with Jalapeno and keep our entire team motivated to grow! :)

Pros:

I used jalapeño platform and it helped me to understand our gaps and most importantly to focus and take action strategically towards real improvement . They supported me at every single step of the process . Now we get an increased roi of our investment on out staff. Very satisfied!

Cons:

Some features were hard to understand, but the Jalapeno team was there to lead us through each step.
