About Jobtrain

Our platform is a cloud-based applicant tracking solution that is designed to support, manage and automate corporate recruitment processes. It is suitable for companies of all sizes, across all industries.

It supports the entire recruitment process, from vacancy authorisation through to new hire onboarding and compliance. In between these steps, our platform aids with job advertisement, online application gathering, candidate scoring and screening, interview arranging and offer management. Finally, our Welcome Hub and Onboarding and Compliance modules are game-changers when you're bringing onboard new hires .

Create and manage talent in Talent Pools - users can reach potential new hires by leveraging branded candidate portals. We also provide an analytics and reporting module.

Our ATS can be accessed through any web browser. All aspects of it, from the frontend user module to the backend administrative components, are covered by our support modules. It can be purchased on a subscription basis.

    Having worked with Jobtrain for over 10 years (over 3 different sectors) I can wholeheartedly say that they are top of their game. They are a master of their applicant tracking system. The beauty of Jobtrain and their different products are that you can choose to use all the functions or just the basic system. Whatever your needs, they will support you. Their customer service is fantastic and, I have, and continue to recommend Jobtrain over and over again!
    Cons:
    I can only say that, over the years, I have had to change account managers. I know this must happen and it is purely through Jobtrain's growth. When this has happened I was kept in the loop and received a fantastic handover. My excellent relationship with Jobtrain continues.

    We like this system as once you are familiar with the functions it is easy to use with minimal training needed for the end user
    Cons:
    Takes a little while to get it to how you need it to be. Often a lot of emails sent when they would be much better as notifications if app based

    Very customer focused and approachable with all queries from the team. No problem is a big thing. The communication is clear and helpful.
    Cons:
    Not sure about this yet.. I don't think there is anything to improve. We need to do more train for the team to get the best out of it.

    Some of the actions on the system take several clicks to complete and it feels like this could be reduced. However the update later this year may resolve this.

    I’ve been using Jobtrain for over a year now and have found it to be a highly effective and user-friendly platform. It offers a wide range of features that support the recruitment process from start to finish. I particularly appreciate how intuitive it is when creating job adverts, managing applications, and setting up interview events. Recent updates have further improved the user experience—for example, the ability to view all assessment question stages on a single screen has made preparing assessments much more efficient. Overall, Jobtrain is a reliable and valuable tool that continues to evolve in ways that support HR teams.

    Jobtrain is easy to use for creating job adverts and managing features like interview scheduling. I’ve found some of the recent updates particularly helpful—especially while preparing assessments forms. For example, the ability to view all question stages on a single screen has made the process much simpler and more efficient. I also really value the feature that allows us to book interviews on behalf of candidates who may not be able to access the system themselves. It’s a great way to provide responsive and inclusive customer support, ensuring that no one misses out on an opportunity due to technical barriers.
    Cons:
    It can take time for a business to fully adopt and utilise all the features Jobtrain offers. For example, in my organisation, we currently don’t use the new starter and onboarding tools. This means we’re missing out on opportunities to streamline and automate parts of the employee journey. Unlocking the full potential of Jobtrain requires not only awareness of its capabilities but also a willingness to adapt internal processes and invest in training where needed.

    I like how user-friendly the system is. It is very intuitive with upgrades and new features realised which really make it an easy and streamlined process.
    Cons:
    Some of the reports can be a little tricky to get, but with the use of custom reports, this is easily resolved.

    From the very first engagement with JobTrain we could tell that the team care very much about their product and want it to work for us. The team have been brilliant throughout implementation to handover day with speedy responses and always with a view to helping, guiding and supporting our build. We are looking forward to our training ahead of Go Live and the support we have received so far gives us every confidence that the support we will continue to receive will be just as good moving forward. We would want to recognise [sensitive content hidden] work in our early days but both [sensitive content hidden] have been great for us. We have genuinely enjoyed the process and interactions, thanks you two!
    Cons:
    We haven't had any issues! This is helped by a good understanding of the system from JobTrain plus a collaborative, solution focussed approach to our wants and needs.
