Leena AI is an artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled conversational platform designed to help organizations deploy an automated helpdesk with a virtual assistant to improve employee engagement. The platform allows enterprises to streamline various human resources operations like answering policy related queries, resolving tickets, and fulfilling service requests.

Leena AI lets businesses store policies, documents, FAQs, and other information in a centralized knowledge base for future reference. It offers a host of features such as real-time communication, predictive analytics, custom workflows, interactive dashboard, reports and more.     Icertis takes employee experience to new heights

    As we pivoted to remote, a lot of things we took for granted in the normal office changed. It was no longer possible to walk to the HRs to ask a question, or for HR to talk to colleagues to find out the pulse. This is where Leena AI stepped in with Avia. This helped automatically answer any question that Icertians had about the ongoing policy or process, track the efficiency of the HR function and get real-time feedback through surveys. All of this has been easily possible, thanks to Leena AI.
