About Nextal

Nextal ATS is a cloud-based applicant tracking solution (ATS) + employee referral program that caters to businesses of all sizes across various industries. Key features include candidate tracking, interview scheduling, resume parsing, job board posting and workflow management.

Nextal ATS creates job-specific dashboards that help recruiters to manage interactions with candidates, send them emails and schedule interviews from a single location. Businesses can also create custom career pages, publish them on multiple web platforms and store histories for different applications in the solution’s knowledge base.
The referral program allows the recruiter to email employee and external contacts with a customized link to the job public page to allow referral recruitment and tracking.

Additionally, Nextal ATS features a custom reporting and analytics engine that enables businesses to generate custom reports on their hiring strategies, spot trends and make relevant business decisions. It also provides users with various email templates and a Google Chrome extension for candidates sourcing.

Services are offered on a monthly subscription basis that includes support via email and chat.

Pros:

Nextal is great Applicant Tracking System which really helps recruiters to find the same candidates they have submitted before. Automatically Generating Reports is the best part i like. Its my personal thought that it really thinks like a recruiter and find the Candidates and also keep a track on them

Cons:

I just want it look more attractive and more Clean by this i mean UI can be more good. I don't know that this should be counted in Cons but this is the only change i want.

Pros:

Nextal est de loin le meilleur tableau de bord de recrutement que j'ai eu l'occasion d'essayer. Il permet de voir où est rendu le mandat de recrutement et où sont situé les candidats dans le processus. De plus, l'interface entre LinkedIn et Gmail est hyper facile à installer, à utiliser et sans Bug ce qui est rare dans le marché.

Cons:

Les rapports ne sont pas à la hauteur. Par exemple, si vous voulez sortir un rapport de l'état d'un mandat, le systeme ne le rends pas bien.

Nextal is a great job board and has a great report generation capability when it comes to tracking applicants the best part about it is that it allows texting to candidates so that they can reached any time and it also comes with a browser plugin which helps greatly

Cons:

the User Interface is catchy but it can be developed for a better experience and it could be great if you give a little more features .
