About Outmatch
OutMatch is a cloud-based video interviewing solution, which helps organizations discover, assess and recruit candidates. Features include real-time feedback, automated scheduling, resume sourcing, customizable branding, reference checking, progress tracking and risk analysis.
Recruiters can create pre-recorded video interviews using a drag-and-drop builder tool, design custom questions or conduct interviews in real-time. OutMatch helps human resource managers generate candidate’s performance reports along with the overall score, letting hiring teams make selections based on strengths, weaknesses and job potential. Employers can conduct talent assessments for candidates and employees to determine skills of creativity, collaboration and culture fit in the process.
OutMatch offers integration with various third-party platforms such as ADP, ApplicantOne, Avature, CareerPlug, Greenhouse, iCIMS, Jobvite, PeopleFluent, SmartRecruiters, SAP Success Factors, Workday and more. It comes with mobile applications for iOS and Android. Pricing is available on request and support is provided via phone, email and documentation.
