About Recsite

Recsite is a cloud-based applicant tracking solution that helps direct employers find talent and recruitment agencies manage their candidate pool. Businesses of any size can use Recsite for managing their recruitment process.

Recsite offers an interactive candidate zone where candidates create their own editable profiles. Candidates use this profile to receive job suggestions, apply for jobs and track application process. Sector-based job browsing allows candidates to find jobs suited to their talents and the job cart allows them to save intriguing jobs for review.

Mobile devices can be used to access job application portals that take advantage of Recsite’s responsive site design.

Recsite allows users to create company-branded job recruitment pages built on its framework. These branded pages integrate with Recsite’s recruiting and hiring modules to create an end-to-end solution. Jobs can also be posted on external job sites.

Recsite is available on a per user per month basis, with support offered via phone and email

A Vital Tool for International Candidate Tracking

Our company recruits in four continents and Recsite was instrumental in setting up our recruitment portal. Recsite is very attentive to our unique recruitment needs and keeps in close touch with us regarding updates, personalising pages and providing support where needed.

Pros:

The system is very intuitive. We can easily locate a candidate from within the candidate pool and update their progress through the application procedure. When we have questions, Recsite always gets back in touch with us very quickly.

Cons:

Would like more search functions - such as by telephone number! However, it's a very small quibble!

Easy to use but with a lot of functions

I was looking for a system that would centre around my hiring website and Recsite seemed a specialist in that, however I was pleasantly surprised that the system also offered useful tools for managing advertising, candidate sourcing and filtering. In fact the RecCRM is truly light touch and allowed me to engage with applicants in a time efficient. Defo would recomend

Recsite is a game changer for us

We would highly recommend Recsite to anyone looking to effortlessly recruit online. We were tempted to start a recruitment agency based purely on the Recsite system because it was so easy and automated.

Pros:

To get the recruitment website set up was far quicker and easier than expected. We only had to choose a template and the customization was done in a matter of hours. The interface for tracking applicants was so so intuitive that we barely needed any training. It makes a huge difference for us to be able to grow a talent base without having to manually enter Cvs all day! What started as just an idea to add a job board function to the site has become a serious business asset for us.

Cons:

There are some parameters that need to be adhered to in the website design and back-end functionality however in most cases this was in the long term interest of our site.

Recsite & The Fix

Recite has transformed the way that we work. The software has allowed our candidates to securely register and for us to match them to jobs very easily. We can also do so many things we couldn't before, such as SMS alerts to candidates, updating our own News bulletin on our website, automatic posting of our job vacancies onto numerous job boards and social media sites, plus much more. Recsite are a very important partnership and we are in continuous discussion with the team about new ideas to keep up with the ever changing market. I would highly recommend.
