Talentum Workflow:

Talent Acquisition
Create your talent pool of candidates through: multiposting integrated into the software, Al CV matching and soft skills matching. The pre-screening of the profiles carried out by the semantic engine can be refined with aver 50 selection filters.

Main features:

Candidate's ranking: Candidates are ranked according to the professional tags and job tìtles read by the semantic engine inside the CV and into the job description.

Multiposting: an integrated multiposting tool to easily spread the job ads on recruiting platforms and social networks

More than 50 filters: to ease the ranking and the candidates' shortlist

Candidate's profile: within the candidate's profile it is possible to:
attach files;
request tests , video interviews and video CVs;
communicate via e-mail, SMS and chat;
provide direct feedback on the profile;
share the profile with colleagues.

, define the company structure, map the roles of the employees and establish organizational objectives and behaviors for each. Main features: Management of sites, divisions and departments: The system allows you to define the organizational structure, using three multiple choice variables: the creation of physical sites, divisions and company departments. For each department it is possible to create specific permissions. Models of roles, competences and behaviors: lt is possible to create an infinite number of roles, defining the main characteristics to each. Each role can be associated with an indefinite number of technical skills (hard skills) and expected behaviors (soft skills) - characteristic of the organization - that the employee must own to fill the position. Organization chart: Once the candidates have been onboarded, the system automatically creates a dynamic company organization chart, which can be consulted both by role (visibility on the structure only, without any reference to individual employees) and by actual configuration (each collaborator is shown, within the 'organization chart, associateci with your specific role). Onboarding: The persona! data can be transferred directly from the ATS form or you can proceed with the manual entry of persona!, contrac tual , role and workplace data. Once this information is present, the employee's record is created in the system. Performance Track all the activities and objectives that employees have to complete, monitoring their progress thanks to a continuous 360-degree feedback logie that allows an overall assessment of performance. Main features: Definition of targets: lt is possible to insert a series of target models (goals) that can be associateci transversally to one or more company roles, present in the organization chart. The system allows the association of the same goal to different roles. Evaluation events: The system manages four different types of evaluation events: standard evaluation (created on the basis of the different company hierarchies); custom evaluation (standard evaluation event independent of company hierarchies); self-evaluation (it is possible to ask one or more roles to self-assess themselves); smart evaluation (created ad hoc on the basis of specific customer needs, it is a recurring event) Evaluation dashbaord: The assessment dashboard provides an overview of all the assessments made within the company. Reporting and KPls The system provides detailed statistics with respect to all the evaluation components and allows you to cross-reference all the metrics collected and extract detailed data on: employees, sites, divisions, departments or a specific time frame.

Talent Management Breakthrough

This product represents a breakthrough in Talent Management processes. It does dramatically decrease the resources dedicated to the more administrative tasks like recruiting candidates to free up resources to be dedicated to the more value added tasks like matching skills with requirements and selecting the right professionals. The products achieves those results by utilizing the most advanced technologies and packaging them in a very easy to use framework which can be easily integrated in the Company talent management work flow.

il software è completo sotto tutti i punti di vista siamo molto soddisfatti della funzione di multiposting che ci ha permesso di dimezzare i tempi di pubblicazione e consultazione dei cv inoltre molto semplice e veloce il processo di archiviazione e di eliminazione dei candidati non selezionati.

la cosa che mi piace meno è la mancanza dei modelli mail pre-impostati che velocizzerebbero la risposta ai candidati

Un ottimo gestionale per la ricerca e selezione

Il principale vantaggio è quello di avere un data base di tutte le posizioni attuali e passate gestite, un data base complessivo delle risorse, allocabili in funzione delle competenze anche su progetti diversi.Inoltre è interessante anche la funzionalità che ti consente di inviare un messaggio ad un gruppo di risorse velocemente, mettere in evidenza una job ad un target specifico, oppure ancora chiedere un aggiornamento del proprio profilo.

Le funzionalità che maggiormente utilizzo sono legate alla pubblicazione delle job description, raccolta di candidature e funzionalità di screening.Ho inoltre avuto modo di somministrare anche qualche test in relazione a hard e soft skills.Il sistema è di semplice utilizzo rispetto a molti altri software visionati.Molto interessante è anche la funzione di cross posting che agevola le attività di pubblicazione e adv della job description.

Cons:

Eleverei forse il livello dei test: maggiore complessità significa poter contare su una maggiore aderenza della valutazione.

Logiciel initialement conçu pour des agences/cabinets de placement. Pas toujours adapté aux processus RH de gestion de recrutement d'une PME ou d'une grande entreprise.

Très rapidement (3 mois), nous avons dû basculer de l'application FlexPerso (rachetée par Arca24) à Talentum. Ce délai était trop court pour envisager d'évaluer d'autres outils. La présentation Arca24 et de Ph. Doudin de l'automne 2023 étaient convaincantes et nous avons leur avons fait confiance.

Easy, intuitive and extra complete tool
