About Timeco

Timeco is a workforce management solution designed to help businesses track, schedule, manage employee schedules. The time tracking platform lets employees use any device to punch-in/out, check upcoming schedules, submit time-off requests, swap shifts with colleagues and track modifications made in schedules by administrators.

Key features of Timeco include geofencing, expense tracking, request approval workflows and time card management. It includes custom dashboards, which let administrators integrate dashboards with other employee tracking software and gain insights into KPI, location, time, pay and more. Additionally, GPS geofencing capability allows managers to authenticate biometric data, track locations for vehicles or equipment, define virtual perimeters for automated check-ins and manage order deliveries.

Timeco comes with an application programming interface, which lets businesses connect the system with other devices to synchronize data across applications. Pricing is available on request and support is extended via online measures.

Pros:

Largely easy to use for both employers and employees. Employees can view their hours and benefits, put in leave requests, and download their W2s all directly from the app.

Cons:

It would be nice to have the ability to send employees a reminder to clock in and out, as they occasionally forget.

Excellent Customer Service!

Overall experience with Timeco has been EXCELLENT!! From implementation and training with Andy, to Laurie creating reports, changing features to be specific to our needs, training, screen shots, lots of phone calls and many emails. The staff are incredible! I would recommend this company in a heartbeat.

Pros:

What we like most about this product are the Dashboard features and ease of creating schedules and making corrections/additions to punches. We also like that our employees can pull their schedule up from their phones as well as request time off from their phone. No more paper request forms that get misplaced.

Cons:

It would be nice is the supervisor role had more access to view employee profiles. To see what System Admin sees; birth date, user logins, pay rates, addresses. They can access this info through employee reports, but to be able to view their staff on an as needed basis would be helpful for our company.

Reporting. We need to see schedule verses actual verses budget and some times it's a daily need. Tracking labor is huge, especially now with COVID and keeping labor inline. Reports are simple to pull and give us all the info we need. Timeco is integrated with our payroll company so pulling the hours over is pretty much a click of a button. We're very happy.

Worst Company I have ever worked with!

Worst experience ever! They send out invoices the day they are due and said if you wanted to make changes you have to do it 30 days prior. Our management had changed at our company, and we were unaware of that policy and because they sent the invoice the day it was due it did not give us the time to make changes. They said nothing they can do and they were sending us to collections. What a joke of a company. If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

We use Timeco for our own employees to clock in/out. As well as, some of our clients we use Timeco to pull their timesheets. It is pretty easy and helps us keep track of our employee’s PTO time.

Cons:

It is kind of confusing on some tabs. I wish it was more specific without having to click around so much to find certain things.

Timeco saves Time!

We could permit our Managers and supervisors to enter, modify times and so on however H.R. and payroll coordinated to conduct this by ourselves. We have supervisors submit "exception reports" when the punches need correction, someone clocked twice or forgot to swipe in or out, as examples. This way we have a feel for everyone in the organization understanding their shifts and able to pick up any discrepancy easily. We also have the opportunity to make important notes in the record. Takes only minutes.

Pros:

Timeco makes managing my staff's time easy. I love the finger scan clock-in and out option. This makes me confident that the time sheet is accurate.

Cons:

The staff that work different pay shifts have a difficult time selecting the correct job title and I have to go back into the system later and update the non-primary shifts before submitting payroll.
