Question Outsourcing is good but the quality can be improved

Pros:

The TAT on the Qs created is good. Also, many already created Qs on the platform are nice and ready to use.

Cons:

The automated grading feature is not very well created. Programming Questions with fill in the blanks are currently evaluated on the verbose and not on the output. This needs to be improved. Also, the level of customized Qs need to improved.

Good User interface, automated follow-up process, Downloading of reports, friendly UI for candidates, huge library of test and customizable test.

Cons:

The WeCP are very responsive in terms of creating new test cases and if that can be automated in the tool it would be great.

Pros:

A lot of settings can be modified wrt conducting the exams. We can allow learners to give exam with ease, to allow them to use excel sheets during the exams.

Cons:

Some of the UI features are difficult to know if you are a first-time user like how many questions will be visible to the learners when they will be attempting the exams. It's right there on the question modifier page but you are not able to figure out what that is.

the software has a lot of functionality and a lot of features, customer support is really good.

Cons:

Ease of use of features and explanation of what the feature does. Example: while we decide the number of questions to be shown to users, we have to enter a number. In the tool, it is not defined that this number will be the number of questions shown to users.

Pros:

The addition of a new exam is pretty simple even if you are a roockie, you can do it. Tracking the attempted learners and generating reports is also a smooth experience.

Cons:

Bulk question upload should be easy and addition of images and other required files should be added in bulk upload.
