      Smart ticketing and automation — inside WhatsApp, not outside it

      BizMagnets gave us a structured way to manage support and service operations on WhatsApp. Instead of scattered group chats and manual tracking, our team can now create tickets directly from WhatsApp conversations — when needed — and assign them, track their status, and follow up with proper visibility. It works the way we already operate, without forcing us to adopt a new system or train our team on a different platform.
      Cons:
      The mobile apps are still in early stages, and not all features available on the web version are fully supported on mobile yet. It’s not a dealbreaker, but for teams that rely heavily on mobile, this could be a limitation in certain workflows. The product team has been transparent about this and is actively improving it.
