Awesome AI

The AI chatbot has been designed to cater specifically to an e-commerce business. It is a great way to increase conversion, lead generation, and sales. It has a user-friendly interface and is highly customizable.

Pros:

Botup is full of features and makes it easier for users to communicate with the bot. The visual flows are also, in general, easy-to-use. AI scripts are finding ways to allow you to benefit from their invention by doing things like allowing you to know when people come into your website so you can provide a great experience for everyone. Botup’s AI features allow your business to reach more potential customers, which will increase your sales. You can also get real insight and data with chatbots that let you track historical records, overall progress, and have better insights.

Cons:

This does not have a direct integration with WordPress, but it can be used in a lot of different ways and appears to work quite well.

Reasons for switching to BotUp

Livechat doesn't have features like AI Botup, Facebook and WhatsApp integration is a bonus with Botup.

Botup is an automatic AI chat that helps you boost your sales. The AI chatbot can be used to provide information or to buy products or services. By using Botup AI scripts on your website, you can track where people are coming from so you can serve them better. This will also save a lot of time and effort; this way, you'll have more time to focus on other aspects of your business.

Cons:

Botup could use an improved graphical user interface to make the experience smoother. Botup could provide some detailed information about visitors to analyze them more effectively.

UI could be made better

Overall this is a decent product and has the potential to be better provided they improve the overall UI and UX of the product.

The product is rich in features. It has got all the good things one would expect from a bot. The visual flow creator is also good.

Cons:

I don't like the UI, it looks cluttered. They should spend more time improving it and making it much more simple.

Visual Flow Creator is just awesome.

Overall experience with Botup is fine and hope to use this in the future. But i must say they should improve UI design more.

Botup provides a lot of features. Functions are also and easy for all of users. The most suitable system for business management . Like other users i also liked visual flow creator.

I liked all of the features except UI design of this system, i think they should improve and make more attractive UI.

Pros:

My experience with BotUp by 500apps has been great so far. Previously, I have used tools that did a small part of what BotUp offers but weren't a complete solution. Thankfully, BotUp offers a complete solution. This lets us engage with users.

Cons:

It's been good so far. I have been using it daily for about 6 months now.
