      PerfectBot is the perfect AI agent for me!

      I kind of did that in the "pros" section, maybe I should have been more concise up there and saved all the details for this section. TLDR: PerfectBot works amazingly, it will answer chats and emails which is not common (most chatbots only work in chat channels), it's consistent, reliable, easy to train, and the people behind the AI are top notch. It's the best customer service upgrade I've done since installing Gorgias in 2023 and it has taken my company's customer experience to levels we've never even considered to be possible, with 24/7/365 coverage that actually gives our customers really accurate, detailed answers - better than what 90% of my human agents over the years have been able to provide. It's as knowledgeable as me, but available all day every day and it types faster than I can type. Everyone can freak out about AI taking over, I hope it does. I've been answering the same questions for 15 years and worked in retail for about 20 years before that, I'm burned out. Let AI handle this stuff so you can focus on other tasks like growing the company or making it more efficient in other ways. This kind of AI is immensely helpful.

      I like that PerfectBot will work with multiple channels in Gorgias, and using multiple ecommerce platforms. I originally started with PerfectBot because Gorgias rolled out their AI Agent but it is only available if you have a Shopify store. I have been on BigCommerce, it's a much better platform for many reasons, and didn't want to switch to Shopify just to get AI Agent. I found PerfectBot and it's been the most amazing, helpful thing I've ever done for customer service. I've hired dozens of people over the last 15 years, all of the time I put into training them and then they end up leaving eventually. People get sick, they have kids to pick up, etc. PerfectBot is just on, 24/7, no issues, and the information it provides customers is always accurate because it only tells customers information that I have provided to the AI. Bad info can cost a lot of money and hurt our reputation as a business, so this feature alone is worth having AI customer service as the first point of contact. It's smart enough to know how to bow out of certain questions and redirect those tickets to live agents. It has cut down on my time answering repetitive tickets so much, I'm talking hours per day. And I've only been using PerfectBot for a few weeks now. It will get smarter over time. Also the tech support/customer service from PerfectBot has been great. I have worked with [sensitive content hidden] more than anyone else but everyone I've talked to has been polite, quick to respond, and helpful. They really know what they're doing.
      Cons:
      The only thing I don't like is the PerfectBot widget on the right side panel in Gorgias. I keep deleting the widget, it keeps coming back. It's not useful to me so I'd rather it just not be there. That's literally the only con I can come up with - everything about PerfectBot is awesome, and I'm pretty picky with this stuff.

      Reasons for choosing PerfectBot

      AI Agent only works with Shopify stores and I absolutely hate Shopify's backend, it's dumbed down so much that it's almost not useable for me without adding a ton of apps - and then it still doesn't work as well. Their checkout is the best but everything before that sucks. So I didn't want to leave BigCommerce just to get AI Agent. I'm very thankful that PerfectBot works with BigCommerce AND works on email channels as well as chat. It's everything I could hope for.

      So far, we love this tool and we are optimistic about all of the new features PerfectBot's team is working on. We have also seen an improvement on our chat tickets in terms of customer satisfaction which is why we decided to implement this tool on our website.

      We love the fact that we can update the Bot's knowledge easily and that the PerfectBot's team is always ready and willing to help. They provide great support and have made it a pleasure to work with.
      Cons:
      The only aspect that I think PerfectBot needs to improve is the ability to update it's knowledge automatically. For example: If you are selling products on your website and you release a new product launch, you'd have to update the bots knowledge about said product manually. Granted this process is simple. However, it would be ideal if the Bot can learn this information automatically based on the information that is currently published on your website.
