The registration module of BestDoc Practice allows patients to register in multiple ways, such as Government IDs, face IDs and digital intake forms. The registration module also allows patients to print hospital identification numbers. The check-in module allows patients to choose their reason for visit, leading to smarter decision making by administrators. During check-ins, patients can also get customized instructions based on their reasons for visits. BestDoc Practice’s queue management module provides multiple features to doctors, including check-ins and calling patients. Patients can view their status in the waiting area on a screen. Doctors can also add any delays, which can be automatically sent to patients. The queue management module can also be used to streamline queues in other areas such as pharmacy, radiology, and other crowded areas. The feedback collection module of BestDoc Practice allows healthcare providers to collect patient feedback from different channels including WhatsApp, QR codes, emails and on-premise tablets. It also provides intelligent analytics to hospital management to take corrective action based on patient feedback. The teleconsultation module of BestDoc Practice helps healthcare providers seamlessly start offering teleconsultations to their patients. It addresses multiple workflows including booking appointments, rescheduling, cancellations, video consultations, uploading documents, making payments, and feedback collection. Patients can attend teleconsultation sessions without having to download a separate app. The payments module of BestDoc Practice is useful for collecting both outpatient and inpatient payments. Patients can make payments via a handheld device-based, BestDoc payments app which can be used by front office staff. Healthcare providers can also send unique payment links to patients. With these links, patients can log in using their registered mobile number or unique hospital identification number (UHID) to view and pay pending payments. The inpatient request management module of BestDoc Practice allows patients and staff to raise requests through multiple modes like QR code scans, a web link, or through in-house call centers. Patients and staff can raise multiple types of requests and track requests to closure. Administrators get intuitive dashboards to view the performance of their staff and take corrective action if needed.

    We really enjoying using BestDoc services since more than 2 years now, they got amazing techy team inhouse which is helping them to build and improvise the world class hospital management systems. Few things to note, 1. Brilliant technology and very good set of team. 2. Cost effective in all the manner. 3. Easily customizable. 4. Very good trained support staffs 5. Patient & Hospital staff friendly user interface
    Cons:
    Cons are really nothing to say, But more educational contents such as training videos and etc. one the social media (YouTube, or a community portal) will help new users and for the refreshers of existing users.
