About CheckinAsyst
CheckinAsyst is a patient engagement software designed to help healthcare businesses connect patients with doctors to serve clients in a place of convenience. The platform enables managers to capture up-to-date data from a multitude of healthcare solutions through secure messaging and rules and provide convenient access to care.
Patients can fill out intake forms to register before visiting, check in at the facility and transfer payments using mobile devices. Through remote diagnosis, a CheckinAsyst healthcare provider can provide diagnoses and care plans over the internet regardless of where the patient is located. Additionally, supervisors can create assessment forms and gain insights into patient-reported outcomes (PRO) on a unified interface.
CheckinAsyst lets stakeholders integrate the system with several third-party applications including Allscripts, athenahealth and Greenway Health. Pricing is available on request and support is extended via phone, chat, FAQs, email and other online measures.

The time for populating appointments was higher for a brief period due to the changes made by the EHR for API calls. We have worked with the EHR on this, and now appointments are populated every 10 minutes. Also, apart from the appointment reminder, a courtesy messages can be sent at any time to notify patients about their upcoming appointments. Please feel free to contact your dedicated customer success representative to have this set up.

Our experience has been game changing over the last 2+ years. This is the best tool you can provide your entire team with wins for clerical, clinical, and providers. Plus, the patient experience has helped us continue to achieve top 25% and in some cases top 10% nationally with our CG-CAHPS scores as a result of the efficient check-in process which translates to an excellent patient experience each and every visit. More flexibility than Phreesia on customization for clinical discrete data, pricing was better, and unlike Phreesia where you have to rent your tablets monthly, we purchased our ipads outright and were able to repurpose some for telehealth purposes as needed so they serve a dual purpose.
