About CubHub

CubHub is a pediatric software designed to help businesses manage schedules, claims creation, accounts receivables and payroll. The platform enables managers to record patient’s details and create documents in compliance with the health insurance portability and accountability act (HIPPA) protocols.

Administrators can download and view visit data in an offline mode via mobile applications on Android and iOS devices. CubHub allows teams to schedule job shifts, book time slots and communicate with colleagues via text messages and emails. Additionally, supervisors can generate billing reports to track deposits, outstanding balances, pre-payments and more.

CubHub lets businesses integrate the system with existing third-party applications including ADP and Paychex. Pricing is available on request and support is extended via email, knowledge base and FAQs.

Pros:

It pulls all the parts of our business into one platform that makes scheduling, HR, compliance, clinical charting, QA and billing seamlessly. They are not a Medicare "square peg round hole " software, it is built to handle hourly complex care and hab services.

Cons:

Data analytics and reporting could be stronger, but they have improved that already in our own experience.

"We are the first office at Preferred to implement CubHub and the software has produced excellent early returns. We were spending countless administrative hours documenting, sorting, organizing, and QA'ing paper nurse notes and MD orders, but with CubHub's paperless EMR we regained countless administrative hours so we can now further concentrate on clinical training, staffing, and client service. Additionally, we now have full transparency into when an aide or nurse arrives at our client's house as they clock in and clock out through the CubHub app. We can also view their completed clinical notes in just three clicks. Cons:

Not many! Their team has an extensive home health care background and they created a great product, but now they have to transition into learning how to become and grow into a successful software company.

CubHub Review

We have solved the issue of becoming paperless. As we move into this age of technology, CubHub has made it very easy to teach even the older employees this technology. The app is very user-friendly and we love being able to monitor what is going on out in the field as it is happening.

The accounting features are very user friendly and have made keeping track of A/R a lot easier for me. The scheduling features are also really user-friendly. Additionally, the transfer of information from website to app and back is mostly seamless and that makes our job easier from an administration standpoint.

Cons:

We had some issues on the front end with implementation, but we were one of the earliest users of the product. I know that things have drastically improved since then and I don't have much else to complain about.

Pros:

App based charting is the best part about the software. The nurses can bring their own device.

Cons:

There is some more reporting that could be put in place. Items are being added regularly so reporting is becoming more robust. Also, as with any new technology there are some bugs sometimes. This is improving with use as well.

Could be Better

As I stated above it is time-consuming. I truly dislike CH for that reason. It should be made to make working on schedules easy but it is really difficult to work with a lot of clients

The one thing that I like about CH is the fact that everything is housed all together. If you are able to get all the data from your company in the system it calculates data for you.

Cons:

The going back and forth is way too much. You can't click one simple button and make changes. You have to click in this area before you can move to the next area of CH. It is so messy. I dislike the fact that you cannot just work in one area. Like to build a schedule you cannot just go in and put your client and staff in for a month you have to put them in daily which takes up a lot of time. you have to put your time in twice for no reason. it is just double work working in CH
