About Solv

Solv is a cloud-based solution that helps medical practitioners streamline operations related to patient acquisition, online appointment scheduling and insurance claims verification. Solv's reputation management functionality allows organizations to broadcast positive patient reviews and handle customer ratings on Google, improving brand value and recognition across the web.

Solv's video telemedicine module enables medical professionals to establish two-way communications with patients via video calling. The AI-enabled queueing solution automatically merges scheduled visits and patient walk-ins to provide accurate wait-times and optimize patient engagement. It lets end-users reschedule appointments, call clinics, view appointment history and track payments on a centralized platform. Additionally, clients can register online and save personalized profiles, allowing them to quickly make future appointments.

So overall, my experience with Solv was very good. I have no complaints about it and would use it again.

Functionality

Pros:

I've scheduled urgent care visits using Solv. It made the registration process quick and convenient and I was able to get it done before going to the urgent care location.

Cons:

There is nothing that I least liked about Solv. It was very simple to use and I didn't have any issues using it.
