    As a web developper, I'm very positive about Anny. I won't be using any other booking tool anytime soon to recommend to my customers, Anny can handle almost any booking situation.

    I've seen Anny grow over the years, expanding its features, from a simple booking tool, to an advanced and flexible booking platform without keeping the end user in mind. We've used it for venue booking, yoga classes and creating a related community. Not only our customers liked it, but also their customers/clients have been able to use it without any trouble.
    Cons:
    Due to the flexiblity and multiple options, it takes some time to set up, and get used to working with Anny. Their helpdesk have been of great use and are replying quickly and accurately.

    Anny überzeugt durch eine übersichtliche und intuitive Benutzeroberfläche. Die Pflege der Kundenstammdaten gestaltet sich äußerst unkompliziert. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die automatisierte Rechnungserstellung, die für uns einen echten Mehrwert darstellt. Der Kundenservice bei Anny ist exzellent – freundlich, kompetent und schnell. Deshalb vergeben wir hierfür die Bestnote 5+. Besonders geschätzt werden die Hilfsbereitschaft, Fachkompetenz und Effizienz des Support-Teams.
    Cons:
    Einige meiner Kunden hatten Schwierigkeiten bei der Registrierung. Daher könnte es sinnvoll sein, diesen Prozess zu verbessern oder zu optimieren.

    Das es bisher nicht möglich ist mir Monatsrechnungen via Excel von jedem Nutzer ziehen zu können, das würde das Rechnungen schreiben für uns vereinfachen - Alternativ eine Schnittstelle zu unserem Rechnungssystem

    Cons:
    The settings can be a bit overwhelming, but on the other hand that makes it a very flexible system that can be personalized as we like.

    Anny ist ein für uns das perfekte Buchungssystem, da es unsere sehr umfangreichen und spezifischen Anforderungen sehr gut abdeckt. Über die verfügbare API konnten wir auch unseren Konfigurator direkt an Anny anbinden. Das Wichtigste aber ist das gesamte Team hinter Anny. Vom Onboarding bis zu laufenden Betreuung und Support ist die Unterstützung einfach Spitze ;-). Damit wird Anny erst so richtig perfekt!
    Cons:
    Die Anpassung der Dokumente wie Buchungsbestätigung und ähnliches könnte etwas individueller bzw. flexibler sein. Hier ist noch Luft nach oben.

    Anny birgt viel Features und die Option mitunter komplexe Abläufe agil steuern zu können, gefällt mir am Besten, da ich damit immer größer denken kann.
    Cons:
    Viele Optionen bringen auch eine gewissen Komplexität in der Steuerung mit sich - ein bisschen Zeit um mich einzudenken, brauchte ich schon.

    In gesamt ist der Eindruck sehr positiv. Bei ca. 300 aktiven Usern und 3000 Buchungen in 2 Wochen sind die Rückfragen aus dem Unternehmen minimal. Sprich anny ist intuitiv und stabil, was für eine Anwendung den merklichen Teil an Qualität beschreibt.
