About GiveForms

GiveForms is a fundraising solution that helps nonprofit organizations create forms/receipts, set donation goals, process payments and more. It enables users to share fundraising campaigns across social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter and Linkedin.

GiveForms comes with a donor dashboard, which allows users to search, view and monitor campaigns and export all donation data to CSV file format. Organizations can let end-users set up predefined or custom monthly recurring donations, facilitating long-term financial growth. Users can create branded forms and email receipts and include editable URLs, logos and custom messages, among other information. Additionally, it lets non-profits track donor conversion rate by running pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on online platforms such as Facebook and Google.

GiveForms facilitates integration with Salesforce, optimizing customer-relationship management processes. It supports transaction processing for multiple currencies via credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay and bank transfers. Support is extended via email and other online measures.

Pros:

We needed something simple to use to collect donations to support our artists. GiveForms allows us to accept ACH, debit/credit cards, Paypal and even recurring donations with a simple, easy to use embed form. We can even integrate it with Salesforce.

Cons:

There are no cons. It's simple, easy to use, and feature rich.

Good Product Non-Existent Customer Service

Their product is good. Wish they had a functional customer service team. Surprised they're still in business.

Pros:

I like their product, works well. For donors, it's really user friendly, and even on our side - for the most part.

Cons:

I've been reaching out to get customer service assistance for over a year (several emails and DMd them on social media) and have never gotten a response. I need to edit the auto thank you email and have followed the path they've provided but it doesn't work. Shouldn't be that hard to respond to an email and/or fix a small bug.
