I like the fact that this product has a great usage that all age friendly consumers can benefit, I’m not tech savvy but the software doesn’t intimidate me!

Pros:

I like that the platform is very self efficient and easy to maneuver through. A lot of platforms can be to Complex and leaves the owner and supporters confused and QRIUS is nothing like that.

Pros:

The reports are easy to understand and the setup was low stress. I requested a feature and they were quick to understand what I was asking for and made the change quickly. I showed it to a friend that is part of another NPO and he was going to talk to them about changing their processing company. My board members like that they can track their own fundraising goals and have people register as volunteers.

Cons:

There is nothing that I feel that I don't like.

Just a scan of the qr code your customers/clients can make a payment to you. Love seeing how many clicks or scans there are to my code. Very user friendly and customer support is awesome!

Amazing Customer Support

my experience with QRius has been wonderful. As a startup nonprofit, the way they approach fees is so helpful. The team also went above and beyond to help us get set up and understand the platform. I have worked for 4 different nonprofits and this by far is the best experience I have had with getting an online donation platform set up. So glad I found QRius through a word-of-mouth recommendation. We would have missed out big time if we hadn't chosen this platform.

Pros:

Affordable, ease of use for both the organization and for donors. Perfect structure for a new non-profit.

Cons:

Sometimes the backend is a little confusing with setting up the landing pages, but I got the hang of it quickly.
